Description
The Clinical Liaison increases referral through sales and marketing and performing preadmission screens on potential rehabilitation Atrium Health Floyd at conferences and community activities. Provides health teaching and/or inservices. Assists in orientation of new rehabilitation employees.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensure/Certification
- Associate Degree Required Bachelors Degree preferred
- Licensed in one of the following: LPN RN PT OT SLP NP PA.
- Valid drivers license and vehicle to conduct travel
- Experience
- At least 2 years caring for patients including understanding of discharge planning and assessment reimbursement mechanisms case management principles across the continuum of service awareness of community resources.
- Knowledge of Rehabilitation preferred.
- Public relations/marketing communication skills preferred.
