Job Description
This job requisition provides candidates to the locations in the Louisville KY area. This job requisition is not location specific.
Rate of Pay and Benefits:
Plumber Pipefittersare paid a top hourly base rate of $43.460 plus applicable shift overtime and holiday premiums. The starting rate for this position is$43.260with pay increases to the top rate upon completion of three consecutive months of employment.

Responsibilities
Willingness and ability to work on an assigned schedule change shifts periodically work more than 8 hours per day and/or work overtime while maintaining good attendance. Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.
Ability to learn remember and maintain pace of steps involved in performing a job after instruction training and familiarization with the tasks. Ability and willingness to understand and follow instructions both oral or in writing.

Qualifications
Candidates must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or have 8 years of previous experience or have a combination of previous work experience and training equivalent to a bona fide apprenticeship program in the trade.
- Knowledge and work experience in blueprint reading and layout CAD pneumatic fluid and steam systems fabrication of pipe systems pipe mechanical gas arc and plasma cutting lifting and rigging and valve installation and repair.
- Experience with water testing and treatment and chemical treatment and chemical unloading for various processes in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Experience with paint and sealer systems soldering and brazing
- Knowledge and use of fork lift mobile boom crane articulating boom lift
