You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPROGRAM OPERATION: Perform all instructional duties necessary to teach and facilitate student learning in assigned classes. Provide syllabus appropriate to course(s) being taught to students and follows syllabus content and requirements. Maintain student attendance and grading records according to College policy as outlined in the Adjunct Handbook. Submits requested information within established timelines. STUDENTS: Is available to students outside scheduled class time to answer questions and/or provide assistance. Deal with student concerns and if necessary consult with program coordinator to resolve issues. INSTRUCTION: Meet all scheduled classes of contracted course(s). Use technology such as Canvas PowerPoint etc. as appropriate. In event of emergency absence notifies program/department chair.
A qualified faculty member in the Entrepreneurship Program meets the standard with documented entrepreneurial experience (refers to the knowledge skills and insights gained by involvement in starting managing and growing a business or entrepreneurial venture) intrapreneurial experience (refers to the knowledge and skills gained from working within an established organization to develop and implement new products services or processes finding ways to improve efficiency or exploring innovative approaches to solve challenges) completion of the initial training and meets one of the following:
Must have advanced leadership and communication skills to do their job effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Planning organizational and presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Ability to demonstrate selfdirection motivation and work well in a team setting
Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
Ability to effectively work and communicate with outside sponsors mentors subject matter experts college administration faculty parents and students.
Preferred Qualifications: Solid understanding of staff management industry specifics and entrepreneurial strategies
Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
Superior management and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and focused during challenging situations
5 years direct entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience
Other Requirements:
Selected candidate for employment will be subject to preemployment background checks including criminal history check and any offer of employment will be contingent upon that outcome.

Day Evening and/or Saturday classes
