We are looking for a Product Manager (Acquiring Business) with a strong background in merchant acquisition to join our growing team. The Product Manager will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer. As a Product Manager (Acquiring Business) you will drive the growth and innovation of our acquiring business covering both offline and online payment solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in channel engagement product development IT collaboration and project management to enhance our acquiring product offerings and expand our merchant ecosystem.
How you will contribute:
Product Development & Management:
o Define and execute the product strategy formerchant acquiring solutions includingPOS ecommerce payment gateways and alternative payment methods.
o Lead theendtoend product lifecycle from concept development requirements gathering and design to implementation launch and continuous optimization.
o Develop and manage theproduct roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
o Monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs)and user feedback to drive product enhancements and performance improvements.
Channel Engagement & Business Growth:
o Collaborate withsales partnerships and marketing teamsto drivemerchant acquisition and engagement.
o Develop strategies tooptimize distribution channels includingbanks fintech partners ISOs and direct sales teams.
o Establish relationships with key stakeholders in themerchant ecosystem ensuring seamless product adoption and market penetration.
o Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with payment industry standards and regulations.
Technology & IT Collaboration:
o Act as a bridge betweenbusiness and IT teams translating product vision into technical requirements.
o Work withengineering UX/UI and data teamsto ensure timely and highquality product delivery.
o Lead API integration discussions and ensure seamless connectivity withbanks PSPs payment networks and thirdparty providers.
o Define and overseetesting QA and UATprocesses before product launches.
Project Management & :
o Oversee and manage crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
o Develop and maintaindetailed project plans timelines and deliverablesto keep initiatives on track.
o Identify and mitigaterisks and roadblocksthat could impact product delivery.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with project .
What you bring to the table:
5 yearsof experience inproduct managementwithin thepayments fintech or banking industry.
Strong understanding ofmerchant acquiring payment processing POS systems online payments and industry regulations.
Experience in managingchannel partnerships and merchant engagement strategies.
Proven ability to work crossfunctionally withengineering operations compliance and marketing teams.
Strongproject management skills including experience withAgile Scrum or other project management methodologies.
Knowledge ofpayment technologies includingAPIs SDKs and integration frameworks.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working infintech startups or highgrowth payment businesses.
Familiarity withregulatory compliance (PCI DSS PSD2 AML etc..
Technical background such as a degree inComputer Science Engineering or related fields or experience working closely with development teams.

This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office MonFri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
