Job Description
Job Title:Senior Program Manager
Location:Herndon VA Hybrid/Remote
Clearance:Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Citizenship: Requires U.S. Citizenship
AttainX is seeking a highly experienced and certified Program Manager (PM) to lead a multifaceted program supporting the Department of Defenses Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role requires a strategic leader who can provide expert management across stakeholder engagement content development digital strategies IT operations and cybersecurity compliance. The PM will oversee the of task orders (TOs) ensuring quality assurance alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Public Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of ten 10 years of experience managing military community support programs.
- Experience withing directly with the Department of Defense agencies.
- Knowledge of DoD directives regarding cybersecurity risk management and information assurance.
- At least ten 10 years of experience in program or project management at a similar level.
- Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent written interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills. Must be able to engage effectively with clients and to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Current AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional Level particularly with experience in AWS GovCloud environments.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Must possess or able to obtain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) or Access National Agency Check with Inquiries (ANACI) investigation.
Preferred:
- Masters degree in Business Administration Management Public Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive management leadership and oversight of all program operations in alignment with MC&FP objectives and goals.
- Direct and coordinate activities in both Stakeholder Affairs and IT/Cybersecurity service areas.
- Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with strategic communications content management and community outreach goals.
- Oversee digital strategies including UX research UI design content accessibility and user engagement initiatives.
- Lead CMS operations within AWS GovCloud agile IT development for applications and API integration with mission partners.
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity directives including threat reporting risk mitigation Zero Trust architecture and secure operations.
- Supervise the cloud migration process to AWS GovCloud ensuring data integrity risk management and continuity of operations.
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance processes and reporting mechanisms in line with contractual requirements.
