Job Description
Reside in and supervise residence hall operations throughout the Upward Bound Summer Academy Serve as the first point of contact for Summer Academy participants and their parents/guardians in answering general questions arranging departure and return times outside of the norm and addressing expected and unexpected absences from the Summer Academy Support encourage and mentor Residential Mentors in mutual efforts to provide a welcoming positive environment for all students and staff
Preferred Qualifications
Related experience as a residence hall staff member tutor teacher or camp leader Experience working with TRIO programs and/or adolescents from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds Strong communication organizational and supervisory skills
