Their team of physicians nurse practitioners behavioral health providers and staff deliver friendly expert care to individuals and families. Job Responsibilities
- Flexible Schedule. Monday Friday: Mon and Tue: 7:30a 6p Wed and Th 7:30a7p Fri 7:45a5p
- 4 or 5 Days a Week At Least 36 Hours
- 20 Patients a Day Two Patients an Hour
- Seeing Patients of All Ages
Job Requirements
- Active License in The State of Indiana
- 1Years of Experience as a Nurse Practitioner Required
- Call Rotation By Phone Only
