About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and lead the design development and deployment of highimpact Salesforce solutions. This is a remotefirst role based in the UK with occasional travel for key client engagements. As a trusted advisor youll work closely with stakeholders to define strategies architect bestinclass solutions and drive innovation in Salesforce ecosystems.
What Youll Be Doing:
Architecting and designing scalable highperformance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and more).
Driving best practices in Salesforce DevOps security and integration strategies using APIs MuleSoft and middleware.
Leading technical teams mentoring developers and ensuring highquality code and implementation.
Defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines automation and infrastructureascode approaches within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborating with stakeholders translating business needs into robust technical solutions that align with enterprise objectives.
Ensuring compliance and security standards are met (GDPR ISO 27001 HIPAA etc..
Optimising performance and scalability of Salesforce applications and integrations.
What Were Looking For:
10 years of experience in technical architecture software development and enterprise CRM solutions.
Strong Salesforce platform expertise including Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST SOAP Bulk API) and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security identity management (OAuth SAML SSO) and governance best practices.
Handson experience in Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado Gearset Jenkins Git).
Strong knowledge of data management AIdriven insights and analytics within Salesforce.
Strongproblemsolving leadership and communication skills.
4 Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
- Salesforce Application/System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
- Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect
