Job Description
The Genomic Discovery team is seeking a statistical geneticist with expertise in conducting analyses to advance drug discovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical genetics methods and their applications. The candidate should also have experience applying best practices in statistical genetics and implementing rigorous quality control measures. In this role they will design execute and interpret genetic analyses across diverse populations leveraging insights to drive target identification and validation. We encourage candidates who are passionate about increasing the inclusion of underrepresented populations in genomic research to apply as this is a core mission of Variant Bio. It is strongly preferred that this role is based in Seattle WA and in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What We Offer
Anticipated annual base salary for this position is $150000 $185000 plus up to 15 bonus and an options package for total compensation of up to $172500 $212750 plus equity options.
The annual salary range above is based on the responsibilities and qualifications listed above. Individual salary will depend on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
