Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and courteous Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative you will be responsible for greeting registering and servicing guests in a professional and sustainable manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome and provide them with information about hotel amenities and services
Register guests by obtaining necessary information and verifying their payment method
Provide guests with room keys and directions to their rooms
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Follow sustainability standards and procedures to minimize the hotels impact on the environment
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Hilton experience preferred
