Job Description

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

LOCATION: Lemoyne PA

Responsibilities

Responsible for the retention of existing accounts and customer service
Assist in marketing of accounts/risks review of quotes for accuracy and prepare proposals
Discuss policy changes and additions with clients
Process the policy change through the carrier website or via email communication
Update agency management system
Provide assistance with any claims
Process renewals binders ID cards invoicing and other documentation.

Qualifications:

College degree preferred but high school diploma or equivalency required.
Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
Knowledge or experience with Personal Lines standardproducts and markets.
