We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Apprentice to join our dynamic team at DN College Group. This is an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience and develop your skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide firstline technical support for college systems infrastructure and IT users.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of hardware software and network infrastructure.
- Support the IT Helpdesk responding to queries from students staff and visitors.
- Manage incidents and service requests aiming for firsttime resolution.
- Participate in the setup and installation of new hardware and software.
- Engage in professional development and contribute to a highperforming culture.

What We Are Looking For
- A Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent.
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and a willingness to learn.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
