Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor at C. Harper CDJR of Connellsville you will be the bridge between our customers and our service department ensuring that each customer receives topnotch service from start to finish.

  • Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process for each vehicle ensuring that repairs and services meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers providing updates on the progress of their vehicles service and addressing any questions they may have.
  • Sales & Promotions: Maximize sales opportunities by promoting additional services and retail promotions contributing to increased profitability.
  • Technician Oversight: Supervise technicians ensuring efficient time management accurate parts ordering and timely job completion.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures to enhance service efficiency and consistency.
  • Professional Image: Uphold the companys standards for ethical business practices professional image orderliness and customer service.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Drivers License: A valid commercial drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Accredited Training: Completion of accredited training in service advisor skills customer satisfaction and quality control.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor with a deep understanding of automotive service processes and customer service excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read write and speak English fluently with strong communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of computers and business machines with the ability to multitask and manage interruptions effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and building longterm customer relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • ProblemSolving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fastpaced environment.
