• You have experience with insurance verification and medical billing (nonnegotiable!.

• Youve worked as a Medical Receptionist Administrative Assistant or in any Customer Service role in a medical office setting.
• Youre techsavvy with medical billing software and EMR systems.
• You have excellent problemsolving skills and can find billing solutions that work for both patients and the clinic.
• You maintain a positive attitude even when dealing with challenging financial conversations.
