The Director of Digital Data Management Business Partnerships and Solutions plays a critical role in developing and implementing the strategic vision for data management across the organization. This position requires a dynamic leader who can drive collaboration between Product teams Data Management and other partners to create innovative data solutions that drive business growth.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the data management strategy aligned with the organizations Product goals.
- Lead the establishment of governance frameworks to ensure data quality integrity and security.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize data initiatives that drive business value for each Product team.
Business Partnerships
- Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across various Product groups to understand data needs and opportunities.
- Manage relationships with internal partners
- Lead a team that acts as the primary liaison between Product teams Data Management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery and communication.
Data Solutions
- Working with the other Data Management teams oversee the design development and deployment of data solutions that meet business requirements and enhance product capabilities.
- Ensure data solutions are scalable sustainable and align with industry best practices.
- Promote the use of advanced analytics and best practices to derive insights from data.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals providing guidance support and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and excellence within the data management team.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools technologies and skills to excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to bring perspective from experience to inform decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
- Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent presentation communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence others both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Experience and ability to progressively coach and mentor employees.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers managers and clients.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including jobrelated qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or parttime). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
