Job Description
As a Website Manager you ll own the performance and evolution of our B2B website leading its optimization SEO and UX/UI enhancements. You ll drive a full WordPress (Gutenberg) migration and use GA4 insights to guide strategy while applying HTML CSS and JavaScript skills for custom improvements and demand generation.
Job Overview
Shift: 3 PM 11 PM MK (with flexibility for earlier start to overlap with US hours)
Work setup: Permanent Work From Home
- Oversee website performance optimization and technical implementation
- Lead the migration to a new WordPress theme for improved customization and usability
- Maintain website security functionality and compliance (GDPR CCPA)
Website Design & User Experience
- Conduct UX/UI optimizations including navigation and footer restructuring
- Develop and enhance content templates to boost user engagement
- Optimize technical metrics to improve website speed and performance
SEO & Website Analytics
- Implement onpage and technical SEO strategies to increase visibility
- Use GA4 and related tools to track performance and user behavior
- Analyze customer journeys through heatmaps bounce rates and session durations
- Report key insights to the Executive Google Analytics Leadership Team (ELT)
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing content and design teams to align website strategy with business goals
- Lead websiterelated projects with high standards and timely delivery
- Partner with SEO specialists to execute optimization strategies
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in website management and migration focusing on optimization and demand generation
- Strong knowledge of WordPress including theme migration and customization
- Proven experience in UX/UI optimization website restructuring and performance analysis
- Proficiency in GA4 website analytics A/B testing and user journey mapping
- Solid understanding of technical SEO and implementation best practices
- Background in marketing agencies or highperformance environments is a plus
- Experience in website migration is highly desirable
