Job Description

Your responsibilities

You will be an Organization & Scheduling Support in the Engineering Department EN within the Accelerators Coordination and Engineering Group within the Organization Scheduling & Support Section. You play a key role in planning and coordinating installation activities for the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) Machine. Specifically focusing on HighLuminosity Large Hadron Collider (HLLHC). The HLLHC project aims to crank up the performance of the LHC in order to increase the potential for discoveries after 2030.

Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with stakeholders including the Beams Physics General Services and Technology Departments as well as various groups within the Engineering Department itself.

Additional Information :

Job closing date: 21.04.2025 at 23:59 CEST. 

Contract duration: 24 months with a possible extension up to 36 months maximum.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Target start date: 01June2025

This position involves:

  • Work in Radiation Areas.
  • Interventions in underground installations.
  • A valid driving licence.
  • Work during nights Sundays and official holidays when required by the needs of the Organization.
