- Operate switchboard effectively handling all calls promptly and professionally greeting all callers according to Accor policy and transfer all calls to relevant departments responding to requests quickly and efficiently.
- Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
- Assist GSAs with guest checkins and checkouts ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage incoming calls during peak times allowing GSAs to focus on inperson guest interactions.
Qualifications :
- Previous 12 years of experience working in a similar role or hotel outlets is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera Cloud.
