We are currently searching for a Remote QA Analyst Insurance:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and project managers.
- Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Duck Creek Policy Billing and Claims modules.
- Perform functional regression integration and system testing to ensure the quality of Duck Creek implementations.
- Validate insurance domainspecific workflows including policy lifecycle underwriting claims processing and billing.
- Identify document and track defects using defect management tools while ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and company policies during testing.
- Communicate effectively with Spanishspeaking stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and postproduction validation.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
- Handson experience with Duck Creek Policy Billing and/or Claims modules.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies including manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA Bugzilla or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation and querying.
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows including policy administration underwriting claims and billing.
- Experience working with property and casualty (P&C) insurance or other insurance lines.
Languages
- English (Intermediate)
- Native Spanish.
