Job Description
HIRE UP STAFFING is partnering with a growing construction group to find driven selfstarting candidates with a desire to help the community and jump start their career in Customer Service!
The Internal Sales Associate position is responsible for contacting residential home owners by telephone and informing them of various free programs that will help them lower their utility cost. Home owners will be qualified by the Internal Sales Associate through a series of questions and then an appointment will be set up for a Specialist to visit the homeowner. Excellent communication oral and written along with the strong phone etiquette is essential. The ISA position requires a high school diploma one or more years in a Customer Service role good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft products in particular Outlook. Bilingual candidates that speak Hmong or Punjabi are preferred.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to start off their career in a Customer Service position at a company that offers growth and is a temp to hire position with a starting pay of $10 an hour with bonus opportunities. Hours are Monday through Friday 85.
