Job Description

As a Sales Representative you will drive revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound sales calls upselling and crossselling telecom services and building strong client relationships. You ll leverage market insights negotiate deals maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service all while maximizing sales performance and identifying new business opportunities.

Salary: PHP 26000
Work setup: Hybrid upon regularization onsite in Ortigas and Makati

Your Daily Tasks
  • Upsell and crosssell the company s products and services to existing customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls using established systems and processes to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities leads and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Leverage the company s tools and resources to maximize sales performance within designated service times.
  • Identify and communicate potential areas for growth in product service and education sales.
  • Negotiate terms pricing and contract details with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and offering valuedriven solutions.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor s degree in any field or completion of at least two years in college or a twoyear technical/vocational associate degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales role.
  • Experience in Australian telecom sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work onsite at both Ortigas and Makati locations.
