Key job responsibilities
* You will manage business requirements design performance expectations and goals with all stakeholder teams.
* You will partner with management to define strategy and build road maps for the projects you own.
* You will track real time service levels and schedule adherence and ensure the individual stakeholder teams meet and exceed their performance targets.
* You will be responsible for the overall coordination quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders of programs that you run.
* Throughout you will internalize Amazons Leadership Principles and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.

In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects across the Amazon Catalog Systems. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers writing specifications including success criteria driving project schedules from design to release and managing the production launch. You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between stakeholders to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize timetomarket clearly communicate goals roles responsibilities and desired outcomes to stakeholders internal crossfunctional and remote project teams. You will have end to end ownership all the way from defining the strategy to measuring metrics to monitoring day to day progress of these programs. You will provide direct visibility to senior leadership on all aspects of your programs on a regular cadence.
You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity be analytical and possess excellent problemsolving skills. Your oral and written communication skills will be superlative and you will excel in stakeholder relationship management. You will be passionate about your work see the strategic bigpicture yet be detailoriented and be organized. You will have proven leadership skills in a very fastpaced highly demanding environment. You will have a strong software development background with experience in software development cycle and in managing and delivering large crossfunctional programs. You will be calm and composed in times of crisis and be able to respond to escalations with data and causal analysis. You will grow and develop world class team of PMTs to expand Amazons strategic advantage in several areas.
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market.
