The Senior Business/Systems Analyst acts as a vital link between business and technology translating business needs into actionable program requirements and successful implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of the organizations overall business/system strategies and objectives which the Senior Business/Systems Analyst must then break down into detailed functional and operational requirements and document functional and operational specifications that can guide development and implementation.
The Senior Business/Systems Analyst acts as a vital link between business and technology translating business needs into actionable program requirements and successful implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of the organizations overall business/system strategies and objectives which the Senior Business/Systems Analyst must then break down into detailed functional and operational requirements and document functional and operational specifications that can guide development and implementation.
Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Gather document and translate business requirements into actionable system specifications
- Develop reports dashboards and KPIs to support decisionmaking and performance tracking
- Standardize data definitions and maintain reporting inventories
- Analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Develop and deliver training materials to support business stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Exceptional organizational and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs Google Slides Miro and Smartsheets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Microsoft Project
Pay Range:
$50.00 $60.72/hour
