Home Health Nurse Supervisor Growth Position with Career Advancement at BAYADA home health located in Charlotte NC! Open to a part time schedule of 1624 hours per week.

What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
- 1 year in Home Health; OASIS experience highly preferred.
- Acute med/surg or subacute background is a plus.
- Supervisory or leadership experience will help you thrive in this role.

Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients forsupervisory/assessment visits inMecklenburg Unionand other surrounding areas.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver inservices for field staff.
