In this role youll be a part of Amazon Keys Channel Sales team. The team is in charge of building strategic relationships with top channel partners throughout the country. Youll be responsible for growing Amazon Keys presence through your strategic relationships with channel partners. In this role youll work closely with Operations (for installing products) Marketing (for how to position our products to the customer personas) & Program Management (how to scale). It will be this teams job to manage our top strategic partnerships and serve as escalation path for the success of our building management customer service.
Key job responsibilities Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners to drive sales Collaborate closely with partners to position Amazon Key as a primary solution for their customer base Support the endtoend sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and implementation Train channel partners to ensure they are able to drive each Amazon Key solution Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for your partners providing exceptional client service and support Identify and capitalize on crossselling and upselling opportunities to expand Amazon Keys footprint within your partners customer base Partner with internal teams
About the team Amazon Key for Business is the multiunit arm of Amazons secure delivery team. We enable 1Click access to Amazon logistics delivery drivers to customers doorsteps improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazons accountability and security for property owners/managers.
The Business Development team provides strategic partnerships and gotomarket strategy to drive customer adoption.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Computer Science Engineering or related field Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software Experience with business development partnership management or sourcing new business
Experience working within a highgrowth technology company Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements prioritize features and influence product roadmaps 5 years of professional experience in the access control industry Experience with the PropTech industry as it relates to multifamily real estate.
