Job Description
Work Flexibility: Fieldbased
Junior Field Service Engineer
The Junior Field Service Engineer is primarily responsible to maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Strykers products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. He/she delivers technical assistance and documentation to internal and external customers.
- The Junior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for all of Sweden.
- Predominant work region: Hallands ln Sweden.
- Overnight trips will be required several times per month.
What you will do:
- Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products
- Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
- Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records access technical information
- Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls field safety notices and field action notices
- Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances
- Support Installation of Stryker systems on customer site
- Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades
- Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
- Ensure traceability of all fieldbased Stryker products through reporting tools
- Provide technical support to Internal and external customers
- Escalade opportunities and issues appropriate team meetings
- Ensure excellent followup on all customerinitiated issues
- Ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warranty

- Must have the ability to prioritize work and manage stress
- Must be capable of working in a varied range of scenarios including the workshop hospitals and prehospital
- Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
- Must have a service and qualityoriented mindset
- Ability to think independently use sound judgment prioritize make quick decisions and problemsolve
- Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments
What you need:
Required:
- Educational background in at least one of the following disciplines: Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Software
- Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) in Swedish
- Good level of English to be able to understand trainings and manuals in writing and speaking
- Adequate ITknowledge (Microsoft Office Lotus Notes MFG/Pro PS3 Outlook)
- Full Drivers license
- Ability to build relationship with internal & external customers to drive brand loyalty
Preferred:
- Previous experience in related field desired ideally in hospital / prehospital / medical environment
