Animateur - Messonghi

Purpose

As an Animator you will organize and participate in recreational activities for children and adults ensuring a vibrant and engaging entertainment experience. Working closely with the entertainment team you will help create unforgettable memories for our guests while maintaining the highest level of energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and participate in daily recreational activities including sports games dance and themed events for children and adults.
• Collaborate with the Entertainment Supervisor and team to plan and execute the weekly entertainment program.
• Host and present activities and performances including the minidisco for children and live shows.
• Interact with guests in a friendly approachable manner ensuring their enjoyment and creating memorable experiences.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through active engagement and personalized interactions.
• Maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm throughout all activities encouraging guest participation and enjoyment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Passion for engaging with people creating positive experiences and bringing joy to others.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in performing or presenting in front of an audience (with or without a microphone).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered an additional advantage.
• Previous experience in tourism entertainment or performances (e.g. acting singing dancing public speaking) will be considered an advantage.
• The ability to choreograph dance routines for entertainment shows and performances will be an asset
• Ability to serve as a DJ or lead in organizing themed events will be viewed favorably.
• Ability to follow Groups Health & Safety Standards (SOPs)
