We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Broking team at Marsh. As a Senior Development Executive you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and driving growth within the Commercial space.
We will count on you to:
Develop and manage relationships with prospective clients.
Manage your sales pipeline using Marsh CRM systems.
Oversee projects from initial prospect contact to client transition.
Conduct research and planning within your designated industry sectors.
Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders.
Engage in continuous personal learning and development.
Achieve new business budget targets to support your office and region.
Collaborate with the wider Marsh team to deliver optimal risk solutions to clients.
What you need to have:
Experience working for an insurer or broker
Ability to work in a fastpaced and supportive teamfocused environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong sales drive with a focus on results and financial outcomes.
Business acumen and understanding of core finance mechanics.
