Job Description
Our client is an Australian owned and operated manufacturer of vegan health care products. They are looking for a reliable committed and hardworking Production Operator to join their closeknit team based in Hornsby.
Your duties will include:
- Mixing products according to instructions.
- Weighing products and following production sheets.
- Operating filling machines and tablet machines.
- Packing products into jars.
- Labelling and verifying batch numbers.
- Manual handling lifting bags of products which could weight up to 25kgs.
- General housekeeping duties.
- Working as part of a small team.
- Abiding to safe work practices and complying with all site processes and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this ongoing role you will:
- Be reliable hardworking and physically fit.
- Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the Pharmaceutical and Food industries would be highly regarded.
- Good attention to detail both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift to 25kgs.
- Own transport is preferred however not essential.
- Be able to commit to ongoing work Monday to Friday from 8am 4pm.
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team.
