Job Description
This is a remote position.
The data team is the central nervous system of business operations. As an MLE/AI Engineer on the team you will help develop and deploy data tools backed by ML and genAI.
This role will involve developing and implementing machine learning workflows prompt engineering designing tests to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and presentation of data narratives for data scientists and other stakeholders at the company.
There will be a wide range of growth opportunities for this role including stretching different technical skill sets (e.g. exploring new model frameworks or building familiarity with data engineering tools).
Requirements
- 13 years of experience extracting insights from data and applying machine learning algorithms.
- Experience deploying data products (i.e. MLE).
- Established track record in statistics and quantitative reasoning.
- Fluency in Python and SQL.
- An exceptional attention to detail given that much of the teams work involves merging and reconciling data from multiple sources.
- A cautious adventurer mindset in tackling new challenges including those in unfamiliar subjects.
- The ability to think carefully through and anticipate plausible edge cases and possible pitfalls.
- A handson approach to innovation: when you have a great idea you are excited to design and execute a proofofconcept.

- Background in the social or physical sciences.
- Experience working with real estate data economics data geographical data or image data.
- Experience building knowledge graphs and relationship models.
- Experience working with PowerBI Tableau Looker or similar BI platform.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM data
- Familiarity with source control (e.g. git) and container (e.g. Docker) tools.
- Query and gather data from multiple sources.
- Develop and finetune ML/AI workflows to solve business problems.
- Deploy ML/AI algorithms as a part of a data software solution.
- Perform statistical analyses.
- Review code written by your teammates and offer constructive feedback that makes the team better.
- Visualize the results either in a dashboarding platform or in scripted code.
- Present a comprehensive data story for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Learn (if interested) genAI MLE and other engineering skill sets actively used by the team as they align with your personal or professional development.

Requirements: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent 5+ years Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds 5+ years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations & development projects 4 + years in a consulting environment Strong client management & client communication experience 3+ years experience in Financial Services (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management expertise highly desired) 2+ years Financial Service Cloud (FSC) required Strong understanding of relational databases & working with large data sets Application development experience with Apex, JavaScript, Java, C#, SQL or similar Proficiency with APIs -- REST and SOAP-based web services (SOA) Experience in Object Oriented concepts and design, experience with OO languages Proficient in SFDC technologies including configuration and custom development Active in the Salesforce or other technical communities in the form of blogs, stack exchange posts, github and the like. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Experience working with On & Off-Shore teams Leadership/mentorship of more junior developers & other technologists Polyglot with experience in both OO and functional programming languages like Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript One or more current Salesforce certifications Nice to Have experience; nCino, velocity, Omni, MuleSoft
