Job Description
**Job Summary:**
Affton Transport is currently looking to hire Class A CDL Drivers with a minimum of 1 year of tractortrailer experience. We are looking for regional and OTR drivers home weekly. Hazmat and tanker preferred but not required will compensate for acquiring those endorsements. **Responsibilities:**
Safely operate a tractortrailer vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
Transport and deliver goods over long distances in a timely and efficient manner
Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle
Maintain accurate driving and delivery logs
Report any issues or incidents to the dispatcher
**Qualifications:**
Valid Class A CDL license
Minimum of 1 year of tractortrailer driving experience
Clean driving record
Knowledge of DOT regulations
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
