Specific responsibilities:
Serve as territory manager and conduct recruitment activities designed to attract prospective students. Conduct admission interviews and assist in the application review process. Provide individual and group presentations both on and offcampus.
Utilize telemarketing social media and ecommunication techniques to enhance and maintain a students level of interest in the College.
Maintain accurate reports and records pertaining to high school visits contacts file review group contacts and yearend analysis. Evaluate effectiveness of programs and group visits to make appropriate changes.
Assist the communication staff with recruitment messaging to prospective students.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
13 years of previous recruitment or sales experience.
Valid Drivers License.
Knowledge of admissions or related professional experience.
Knowledge in usage of Customer Relation Management software Microsoft Office Google and general information systems.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate with students and families using multiple platforms.
Ability to meet specific deadlines and goals both monthly and annually.
Skilled at making presentations to both small (as small as 1 person) and large groups (up to 400 people).
Skilled at organizing events programs projects and seeing them through to completion.
Ability to travel (driving) within the state of Wisconsin.
The College may consider any equivalent amount of credentials licensures training or experience that provides the necessary knowledge skills and abilities to perform the duties and responsibilities of this job.
