Manufacturing Material Analyst

Team Submarines Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office is responsible for: The construction of COLUMBIA Class submarines financial and budget management shipyard support of submarines vendor support of submarines logistical support quality assurance (SUBSAFE) and postdelivery submarine certifications and test programs.

The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarinerelated activities into a single submarinecentric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research development acquisition and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.

David Drury leads this team as a Navy veteran. The team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.

In this role you will:

• Support PMS397C oversight of Contractor Furnished Material procurement.
• Serve as support analyst for shipyard manufactured material focused on a prime (or support) shipyard.
• Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory.
• Analyze material maketobuy strategies and manufacturing that affect production distribution and inventory that sequence/prioritization optimization to support serial production.
• Represent PMS397C at material availability and manufacturing meetings on site at shipyards.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
• A bachelors degree experience with 24 years of related experience.

• An advanced MS Office skillset to include Outlook PowerPoint Word Teams and Excel.

• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction.

• Discretion in performing specified work requirements.

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals.

• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines as well as work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management.
• Ability to travel 25.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Teams Dataverse and/or PowerBI experience.

In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency the salary range for this role is $63278.16to $94917.82; however Serco considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience education/training and key skills.
