9 Months W2 Contract

- Main responsibility will be to act as a scrum product owner for our internal tools used for product onboarding to our commerce platforms.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify business needs project dependencies and overall strategy.
- Develop user stories and prioritize activities based on customer impact business needs project dependencies and overall strategy.
- Define acceptance criteria for testing and work closely with engineering QE and users on creating and executing test plans.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders to lead them through impact analysis user acceptance testing and adoption of changes required to deliver business value
- Serve as a business process and systems subject matter expert for internal and customer facing issues
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience required
- 7 years of experience in an operational role
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to research and identify issues root cause and proposed resolution
- Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
- Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Approach work with positive energy curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
- Experience with scrum and agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (MS 365 Acrobat Outlook Slack Jira)
- Experience in the software industry particularly in pricing and offer management a definite plus
- Scrum and business change management certification a plus
- Nice to have skills include experience with SAP Atlassian Confluence Tableau Salesforce and automation processes
$85.00 $91.50/hour
