Curtis Lumber is currently looking for aDriver Assistantto assist with transportation and delivery!
$18 per hourstarting rate Annual performance based raises!
Responsible for assisting with transporting building material products to branch yards existing homes and/or construction job sites. Strong emphasis on excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Use proper material handling practices to load secure and unload material for delivery.
- Professional Delivery of Material
- Truck Maintenance
- Staging Loads Efficiently
- Safe and Proper Material Handling and Equipment Usage
- Full time 40 hours per week Must be ready to work for 6:30am
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
- Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately
- Must be able to lift 5080lbs regularly and able to operate a propane forklift safely
- Must wear PPE
- Building material product knowledge a plus
