We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Advisor to join our team! This role can be worked in a hybrid setting from the head office based in Cohuna VIC.

The position:
To be considered for this position you will ideally hold tertiary qualifications in Business Administration Legal Studies or a related field additionally have demonstrated 5 years experience in Contract Advisory Role.
As a projectbased business this role involves negotiating and advising on multiple contracts simultaneously at a fast pace with high attention to detail. The approximate range of contract values will be between $50k and $10 million.
Some travel may be required for the role to visit sites and meetings. It would be highly advantageous is you are familiar with manufacturing processes industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation: Review revise and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with project requirements budget constraints and company policies.
Contract Administration: Maintain a centralised contract management system to track statuses and deliverables monitor compliance and facilitate modifications as needed.
Risk Management and Compliance: Assess and mitigate contract risks through analysis and proactive measures ensure compliance with legal and industry standards and implement effective risk management strategies.
Stakeholder Communication and Advice: Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractrelated inquiries providing clear and proactive communication to internal and external stakeholders. Advise project teams management and other departments on contractual obligations compliance issues and risk mitigation strategies ensuring informed decisionmaking throughout the contract lifecycle.
Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor contract performance metrics prepare reports on status and financial implications and conduct audits to identify improvements and efficiency gains.
Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for contract management identify process enhancements and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
