Job Description

As a Regulatory Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic regulatory approaches for pesticide registrations in the United States. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of pesticide active ingredients and products from new registrations to maintaining existing ones. You will be the primary liaison with federal and state regulatory agencies particularly the US EPA ensuring compliance and advocating for optimal product labeling. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complex regulatory landscape to secure and defend registrations ultimately supporting the companys product portfolio in the US market.

Duties:

  • Drive timely and highquality regulatory submissions to regulatory authorities.
  • Champion existing active ingredients and products through registration review and other pertinent regulatory processes maintain our license to sell and protect business value.
  • Quickly develop and maintain strong working relationships with regulators and industry groups effectively advocate for the best possible outcomes.
  • Lead crossfunctional regulatory strategy teams to develop optimize and implement strategies for key active ingredient registration or product life cycle management.
  • Collect and interpret regulatory trends and insights pertinent to the portfolio of active ingredients and products accountable for provide strategic recommendations to the business accordingly.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum MS degree in science related field with 5 years of experience or BS with 10 years of experience in crop protection or regulatory related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of US pesticide regulations and processes as well as associated data requirements; handson experience and a proven record of success in registrations of new active ingredients and products.
  • Knowledge and experience in new active ingredient and product development as well as product life cycle management (incl. reregistration) activities and processes good understanding of business portfolio strategies.
  • Prior experience working with regulatory authorities to resolve complex regulatory issues.
  • Exceptional project leadership skills to manage competing priorities motivate crossfunctional teams to deliver under challenging timelines and quickly refine strategies and adapt to business needs.
  • Ability to understand synthesize and clearly communicate complex scientific concepts and regulatory strategies.
