You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDCM is looking for a motivated and reliable Field IT Support Specialist to join our technical team. In this hybrid clientfacing role you ll be responsible for providing onsite IT support system troubleshooting and remote technical assistance to various clients across the UK.
This position offers flexibility and is suitable for parttime workers with fulltime opportunities available after meeting performance goals and completing the probation period.

All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo verification checks. Candidates must be flexible for oncall duties (rotational basis). Interviews include: Microsoft Teams video interview Inperson skills test Background/reference checks Deliver onsite and remote technical support for Windows macOS and mobile systems. Install configure and maintain desktop hardware networking equipment and peripheral devices. Troubleshoot hardware software and connectivity issues effectively. Handle site setup relocations and IT infrastructure for new/existing clients. Manage Active Directory accounts permissions and user groups. Maintain and document service tickets logs and customer reports. Implement IT and security best practices at client sites. Collaborate with Level 2 and 3 support for escalations. Provide excellent customer service and technical consultation. Support regular maintenance tasks patching and updates.
Mandatory:
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience (including hybrid or field work).
At least one IT certification (e.g. CompTIA A Network Microsoft Fundamentals).
Strong skills in Windows OS Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
Must have permission to work in the UK and be ready for righttowork verification.
Must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
Must be prepared to undergo a background and security check.
Able to travel locally for client visits.

Recent graduates and university students who are legally permitted to work up to 20 hours per week (this will be verified during onboarding).
Preferred:
UK Driving Licence (advantageous but not mandatory).
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk Zendesk) AD or remote desktop tools.
Understanding of cybersecurity basics and endpoint protection.

Education
