Job purpose:
This is a multitasking position requiring a high level of organization skills and coordination as well as solid time management skills. The Business Excellence Analyst ensures indisputable data quality of BEs own systems and processes increases the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing departments by robust analysis of Promotional Operations and SFE KPIs owns all CRMrelated tasks and delivers recurring and adhoc analysis to contribute to regional strategies and initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Master Data:
- Maintain master database such as customer profile territory employee and target information and continuously seek ways for enhancement.
- Conduct routine customer data matching and mapping validation.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across multiple databases and systems.
Analysis of Promotional Operations and SFE KPIs:
- Review performance of various Commercial Offers and Policies to increase profitability and ensure more tailored tactics to drive clinic growth.
- Track and manage Sales Force performance constantly update tracking methods and suggest corrective actions for relevant KPIs.
- Execute all relevant actions related to Sales Force Planning Process with a special focus on proper segmentation and targeting of customers.
- Support target setting and creation and analysis of Sales Incentive Plans.
CRM and Power BI supervision:
- Act as an administrator throughout the endtoend process within CRM system and Power BI with special focus to ensuring high level of data quality and constant update of the system.
- Deliver routine and adhoc analysis of the different KPIs within the CRM system and Power BI constantly search for and propose new ways of analyzing to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with infield teams to ensure usage of CRM system provides support for the teams.
Engagement:
- Regularly work with commercial and sales team to improve data collection validation and reporting process to drive both speed and accurate delivery.
- Super user and first point of contact of all systems managed by BE who is able to answer queries and questions regarding system use.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree.
- Work experience with Big Data minimum 1 year.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Proficiency in MS application.
- CRM and IT experience is preferred.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and consultancy skills and business acumen.
- Selfstarter attitude and track record of seamlessly executing quickly on complex projects with minimal guidance.
- Strong bias for action and results orientation.
