As a Sales Development Representative you ll engage with customers respond to inquiries and craft detailed quotations and visuals with precision. With a customerfirst mindset you ll identify upselling opportunities track leads and collaborate with sales procurement and marketing teams to maximize every opportunity. Your Daily Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct factfinding conversations to understand customer needs.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations and visuals based on customer requirements.
- Upsell and crosssell by recommending bestselling products and pricing options.
- Ensure accuracy in quoting item selection supplier choice and markup.
- Build and maintain customer accounts by converting leads and managing objections.
- Stay updated on product and supplier offerings including pricing and trends.
- Track quotation metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales procurement and marketing teams to optimize lead potential.
