Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer you will develop and maintain missioncritical systems powering healthcare operations for over 60 clinics and health systems. You ll define technical direction drive system architecture and lead client and partner integrations. Collaborating with a crossfunctional team you ll shape cuttingedge AIpowered healthcare solutions in a highgrowth startup. With a strong focus on craftsmanship automation and highperformance systems this role offers the freedom to innovate while making a lasting impact on healthcare technology all in a fastpaced learningdriven environment.
Job Overview
Shift: 3 PM 11 PM MK Time
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
- Design implement and maintain highly scalable and highperformance services and applications.
- Improve the codebase and test coverage through refactoring unit testing system testing and automated deployments.
- Enhance tooling and systems to support scalability and growth.
- Mentor and guide team members on design techniques coding standards and best practices.
- Experiment with deep architectural work and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance product capabilities and insights.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 5 years of experience developing robust scalable fullstack applications databases and developer tools.
- Proven expertise in designing building deploying operating and maintaining production applications at scale.
- Strong experience with JavaScript (TypeScript) React NodeJS (NestJS) and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies including HTTP2 WebSockets gRPC and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in improving codebases through automated testing (ViTest Cypress Playwright) CI/CD (CircleCI GitHub Actions CodeFresh).
- Ability to architect and develop solutions for complex highimpact problems.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog Grafana Sentry CloudWatch).
- Handson expertise in infrastructureascode for production environments.
- Familiarity with frontend and internal UI technologies (ReTool Salesforce Communities Contentful React NextJS).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes Fargate).
- Knowledge of API design versioning and scalability.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: GoLang Python JavaScript TypeScript Kotlin.
- Background in healthcare technology regulated industries or EHR/EMR integrations.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot distributed systems effectively.
