Job Description
Offer all possible assistance to the Hotel guests and respond to guest requests.
Clean and correctly supply guestrooms according to hotel standards and procedures
Check each assigned room after cleaning for deficiencies and report to supervisor /housekeeping coordinator.
Perform public area cleaning duties
Perform runner and utility duties when necessary
Qualifications :
Must be currently enrolled in Hospitalityrelated Degree
Previous experience preferred
Read write speak English fluently
Good guest interaction skills
Good listening skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Presentable well groomed
Peopleoriented
Able to work under pressure and independently.
