Peninsula Plus (Pen Plus) is a dynamic multidisciplinary allied health practice dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of individuals and families. Located in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula we serve our community through three exceptional hubs in Mornington Frankston and Dromana. Our team includes Speech Pathologists Occupational Therapists Psychologists Teachers of the Deaf Disability Support Workers and Allied Health Assistants.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for multiple passionate Speech Pathologists to join our growing team. Whether you are an earlycareer therapist or an experienced professional we tailor roles to suit your career aspirations. We work a 38hour week with billables set at 5.8 hours per dayincluding travel report writing and nonfacetoface work ensuring a sustainable workload.
Your role will include:
- Providing highquality clientcentred speech pathology services across paediatric and adult caseloads
- Conducting assessments and designing personalised therapy plans
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Delivering services in our wellequipped clinics in community settings or via telehealth
- Specialising in areas such as early intervention autism assessments feeding clinics or adult rehabilitation
- Participating in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership (Speech Pathology Australia)
- A passion for working with diverse clients from children to adults
- Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to professional growth
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Childrens Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A valid drivers license (for communitybased roles)
