Know Your Rights: Notice for California Applicants: to the IT ERP Manager this IT Application Analyst position partners with Benefits leadership and their customers to analyze work process designs flows and improvements to leverage the return on technological capabilities. It requires knowledge of Lawsons Benefits module with the primary focus being active use of the system Implementations as well as support and maintenance. The incumbent will serve as technical pointofcontact for an assigned functional area as well as assist subject matter experts by ensuring data integrity testing of system changes report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Analyst also supports Benefits upgrades patches testing and other technical projects as assigned.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $32.40 to $67.20. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
