The role
Our Product Design team is looking for an experienced Product Designer.
In this role youll dive into an iterative datadriven process to craft elegant solutions that make real impact. Youll bring a perfect blend of analytical thinking and creativity along with experience in collaborating with stakeholders and crossdisciplinary teams.

Youll be
Primarily designing B2C web applications that work across desktop tablet and mobile
Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering to balance product and user needs
Part of the broader Human Centered Design team advancing a customercentric vision
Conducting user research distilling data and communicating insights
Consistently communicatingwith crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive design implementation
Working in an agile environment for quick prototypetestiterate cycles
Facilitating jam sessions and articulating design decisions
Contributing to the evolution of our design systems
Helping develop our Product Design practice and culture
Determining UX success metrics & KPIs with stakeholders and analytics

Were looking for
3 years of product design experience with Figma expertise
High proficiency in humancentered design visual design usability and accessibility
Deep understanding of the endtoend digital product design process including user validation user flows content modeling wireframing prototyping user testing and highfidelity visuals
Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product Engineering Research and Content teams within Agile methodology
Experience with design systems

Salary range is expected to be between
$71925.00 CAD $119875.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant jobrelated factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
