About the role:

As a caregiver youll be a trusted companion and a source of support for someone navigating the challenges of dementia. Your kindness patience and understanding will help brighten their days and provide comfort to their family.

What youll do:

• Offer companionship and help with everyday tasks like meal preparation dressing and personal hygiene.
• Create a safe and calming environment providing emotional support and encouragement.
• Engage in activities that promote mental stimulation like memory games gentle exercise or simply sharing stories and laughter.
• Assist with medication reminders and other important care routines always with warmth and sensitivity.

What were looking for:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• A compassionate patient and kind individual who is dedicated to providing highquality care.
• Experience with dementia care (preferred but not requiredwe offer training for the right person).
• A good listener who can offer comfort reassurance and a calming presence.
• Someone who takes pride in making a difference no matter how small the gesture.

Pay:$15.25 per hour for 4 hour long shifts $16.25 per hour for 3 hour long shifts $17.25 per hour for 2 hour long shifts
