About the role:
This role is part of the Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) organization which is dedicated to enhancing the productivity and experience of our 5000 salesforce. The ROE Training and Education Analyst will be instrumental in delivering live training sessions guiding learners through relevant scenarios and serving as a subject matter expert on our companys internal Rules of Engagement (ROEs) for sellers. This role requires strong presentation skills expertise in conflict resolution and mediation and comfort with being on camera and recorded.
The GSSO organization includes various functions such as Territory Planning & Analytics Sales Technology Sales Process & Analytics and Sales Programs all of which support Gartners sales teams. This role will focus on delivering training that aligns with our gotomarket (GTM) sales strategy and enhances seller effectiveness.
What you will do:
Deliver Live Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive live training sessions both inperson and virtual to educate sales teams on our Rules of Engagement and other relevant topics.
Create Content: Develop and facilitate scenariobased learning experiences that help participants apply training concepts to realworld situations.
Be a Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert on our companys internal Rules of Engagement providing guidance and support to sellers and sales leadership. Advise sellers on real or hypothetical conflict scenarios that arise during sales cycles using mediation techniques to facilitate understanding and agreement.
Develop Cross Functional Relationships: Partner with other sales support departments to deliver a cohesive sales experience in relation to the companys rules.
Collect Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate and Schedule: Organize and manage the scheduling of training sessions ensuring alignment with sales team needs and availability.
What you will need:
Presentation Skills: Proven experience in delivering engaging and effective presentations to diverse audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Visibly comfortable on camera.
Coaching Mindset: An ability to coach sales through complex situations related to Gartners GoToMarket Strategy with empathy.
Subject Matter Expertise: Indepth knowledge of internal Rules of Engagement and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt training content and delivery style to meet the needs of different audiences and learning environments.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 49000 USD 68000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
