In this position...

The Manager of Customer Account and Consent will lead a team and engage with business partners across Ford to manage and enhance a suite of data products that support customer digital interactions Ford in 80 markets around the world.



Responsibilities

The Managers responsibilities will include:

  • Leading GDIAs strategy and crossfunctional of customer digital account and consent products
  • Ensuring that data products/services deliver required service levels with respect to customer experience regulatory compliance and cost
  • Leading efforts to translate new business requirements into data products/services
  • Identifying attracting managing and developing technical talent


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Data Analytics or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience leading teams of Data / Application Engineers (or similar) using cloudbased technology solutions
  • Demonstrated the ability to simplify complex issues to develop a compelling point of view and persuasively make a data driven case for change that leads to action
  • A track record of being a highlyorganized selfstarter with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams
  • Demonstrated experience creating and applying performance metrics (KPIs) used to drive business objectives
  • Experience effectively identifying attracting managing and developing technical talent

Even better you may have...

  • Masters Degree or Doctoratein Computer Science Computer Engineering Data Analytics or related fields / related experience
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions based on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Ability to communicate points of view to senior leaders with detail and focus appropriate to a variety of audiences and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead plan develop and implement projects / programs that generate value for our Customers and Ford

*This is a hybrid role based in Dearborn MI you will be expected to commute onsite up to 3 times a week*
