GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician II in Fresno CA join a dynamic property management team!
**Must have current and proven multifamily apartment maintenance experience to be considered**
Qualifications / Skills for Maintenance Technician:
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate (outlook/property management software)
- Ability to positively interact with the general public tenants vendors and corporate staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- General building maintenance skills (painting cleaning plumbing electrical carpentry)
- General grounds keeping skills
- Ability to manage emergency situations
- Professionalism
- Listening
Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
- Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
- Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
- Report violations of lease and house rules
- Timely completion of maintenance request work orders and ensure tenants maintenance needs are being met
- Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
- Perform preventative maintenance duties
- Maintaining excellent curb appeal
- Follow policies and procedures

- Minimum 2 solid years of current and proven experience in multifamily apartment maintenance
- Basic knowledge and experience in HVAC electrical plumbing minor fixes such as patching a wall fixing a doorknob appliance repair unit turnovers and work orders.
- Basic familiarity with use of computers and technology. Navigate at a basic level within webbased applications.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Able to work MondayFriday schedule 8am5pm and oncall as needed
Salary Description
21.0022.00 per hour plus benefits
