This position is for 1stshift.
Monday Friday 7:00AM 3:30PM
Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do:
You will determine methods and sequence of assembly operations where complete information is not readily available or follow assembly shop and production operations sheets wire lists samples blue prints schematics and verbal instructions to perform a wide variety of assembly operations.
You will utilize small hand tools such as soldering irons wire strippers crimpers wrenches screwdrivers pliers and hammers.
You will identify and select components to be integrated into subassembly and assembly units.
You will make your own setups alignments and adjustments maintaining tolerance in accordance with instructions.
You will disassemble modify rework refurbish reassemble and test units as required.
You may provide work leadership to lower level assemblers through assignment or work review of progress and monitoring of results
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
